How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to the sizing guide in the description of our crewneck sweatshirts and t-shirts.

    What's the best way to wash and dry the apparel?

    Please refer to the clothing tag for washing instructions.

    We always recommend air drying our t-shirts and crewneck sweatshirts to keep the print looking great for as long as possible.

    Where are you located?

    We live in Barrie, Ontario and we ship all across Canada.

    Do you ship outside of Canada?

    We only ship throughout Canada right now but we hope to ship internationally sometime in the future. 

    Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes we do! We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more (before tax).

    How much is shipping on orders below $100?

    We offer $7 flat rate shipping to anywhere in Canada for all orders below $100.

    What’s your return policy?

    Our t-shirts and crewneck sweatshirts are returnable within 30 days of delivery, all other items are final sale. The one exception to this is if there’s a problem due to an error on our end.

    Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

    If you would like to request a change please reach out to us immediately at support@danicadaydreams.ca. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to change an order after it’s been placed but we'll do our best!

    When will I receive my order?

    Our orders typically take 5-15 business days to be delivered after they have been sent out. Delivery times will often vary based on which product was ordered. Art prints, pin buttons, and die cut stickers will often arrive within 5-7 business days. Crewneck sweatshirts and t-shirts typically take approximately 15 business days to arrive.     How can I check the status of my order?

    We’ll send you an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipment is sent for any item that includes tracking. Pin buttons and stickers are sent out separately from other items and do not include tracked shipping. Some orders will be sent out over multiple shipments.

      I've only received part of my order, where's the rest?

      Many of our orders are sent through multiple shipments. The main reason for this is because our crewneck sweatshirts and t-shirts come from a different facility and take longer to produce.

      We send out our products as soon as they're ready which helps ensure that you receive them as quickly as possible. For more information, please visit our shipping policy page.

        What do I do if I never receive my order?

        If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@danicadaydreams.ca with your name and order number.
